I adore our planet because it embraces nature's beauty. Nature highlights the importance of development. Plants and fruits of the soil grow on a daily basis, just as we do. There are several magnificent sights in our planet that were produced without the assistance of man. The Earth is very beautiful and amazing at the same time. I think everyone should see it at least once in their lives.
The earth has been praised by many great thinkers over the years. Here are some of the reasons why people have given for loving the earth:
Henry David Thoreau - "In wildness is the preservation of the world."
Albert Einstein - "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."
Eleanor Roosevelt - "The most important thing in life is to be interested in something outside yourself."
Bill Clinton - "I think you can take out your phone now..."
Barack Obama - "There's no better proof of the power of faith than the impact they've had on those who believed them... After all, look at what one small grain of sand can do when it is placed in the right environment."
Earth is a magnificent living planet in the Universe that is home to over 7 billion people and millions of kinds of biodiversity. Our planet provides us with food, housing, and the majority of our needs. But we need it to be healthy for humans too! The health of our planet is very important to us because it affects everyone who lives on it.
We have only one Earth and we must do everything we can to keep it healthy. Humans have a great impact on the environment and there are many ways in which we can damage it without even realising it. For example, when we cut down trees we are preventing them from absorbing carbon dioxide - a gas that causes climate change - instead they grow back less able to absorb CO2 again. When we burn fossil fuels like oil and coal they emit gases including CO2 and ozone-layer-depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). And when we dump toxic chemicals into the environment they can cause harm to animals and plants or leach into the water supply contaminating it.
Our responsibility as human beings is to help protect the environment because if something happens to it then we will all suffer because of it. For example, if the oceans stop being able to hold enough water then many coastal cities will be destroyed by flooding.
The earth expects us to maintain it clean and healthy, as well as to keep ourselves clean and healthy. The land offers us with a place to dwell as well as a location to meet our basic human requirements. The land provides us with food, shelter, air, and everything else we require to exist. Human beings are part of nature, too, and therefore the earth should be treated with the same respect we give to other organisms.
In fact, the earth is so important to human beings that there are laws that protect it. For example, under international law, everyone has a right to a clean environment, which includes the right to not be polluted by chemicals from industry or agriculture. This right is known as "environmental justice". It's also been said that without the earth there would be no humans, because the planet would have been destroyed long before its occupants had a chance to evolve.
In conclusion, the earth is important to human beings because we need it to live on. If the earth was gone, there would be no more humans because we depend on it to provide us with everything we need to survive.
